[Evolution] No Tools Menu in Evolution 0.2

Hi there,

I just installed Evolution Preview 0.2 rpms and noticed that there is no
tools menu nor is there an actions menu (though I am not quite sure
wether the last is supposed to be there).

I already observed that when compiling evolution from source the last
few times, but always assumed its related to my screwed up system. The
start up log from evolution, which is attached below shows three
bonobo-criticals which - I think - might cause the problem.

Any help would be apriciated. Thanks in advance.
