[Evolution] compiling evolution

Hi,

when i try to compile evolution i get this error message:

main.o: In function `main':
/tmp/evolution-0.2/mail/main.c:79: undefined reference to `gconf_init'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

make[2]: Leaving directory `/tmp/evolution-0.2/mail'

it's weird, 'cause as far as i know it can find the gconf.h where
gconf_init is initialized. 
any ideas?
