Hello,

I had that problem earlier, when I recompiled everything and specified the
--prefix and --sysconfdir directives to ./configure, setting them
appropriatly the problem went away.  I was using ./configure --prefix=/usr
--sysconfdir=/etc

Most of the packages needed those flags set so evolution could find them
