[Evolution] gconf install problems

Hello,

I am trying to install the gconf cvs packages and am running into the
following error when I execute the ./autogen.sh script.  I'm not sure if
I'm doing something wrong or not, any help would be appreciated.

I have installed all the packages off of the Evolution webpage except
for Evolution itself as gconf seems to be required to do so.
