[Evolution] best way to install evoltion 0.8 over 0.5.1 with RH6.2

I have RH6.2 installed in my m/c with helix gnome(version not sure). I have
also installed evolution 0.5.1 from tar balls. Now I want to install 0.8. What
is best course I should follow so that old is overwritten. New one works
without problem.
