[Evolution] Font information request with .8

Where are the fonts set for the Folder list, Shortcut Bar and the email
list?  

Fonts for the message window I know are set in gtkhtml.  

There is something wierd with .8 and the fonts, it's hard to look at
when the message is marked unread and is in bold.
