[Evolution] Bug with vFolder rules

I'm trying to create a vFolder with a rule that is
Subject Does Not Contain.  But it doesn't work.  When I
set up the rule, hit OK, then go back in to edit the
rule, it always resets to Contains.  For that matter, it
does not matter what I choose.  Does Not Contain always
gets reset to Contains.

Along these lines, are there any plans to change vFolder
rule creation?  I'd much rather see boolean joiners
between the various criteria, instead of Any/All criteria
met.  Right now it is impossible for me to create the
rule I want.  The rule I'd like is Recipient Contains OR
Subject Contains AND Subject Does Not Contain.
