[Evolution] synching calendar and contact list with Palm

Hello.

Can anyone tell me how to synchronize Evolution's Calendar and Contact List 
with my Palm?

I am using Evolution 0.41 and a Palm IIIX.

I have checked the documentation at 
http://primates.helixcode.com/~aaron/evolution-guide/, but I couldn't figure 
it out. It referred to "telling Gnome-Pilot to use Evolution as a conduit" 
and "creating the Evolution conduit." How the heck do you do that?
