This is planned.  I am thinking of having a little daemon that will
contact the Wombat to look for alarm triggers and will execute them
while the user is logged in.

I don't think we want something that triggers when you are not logged
in, even for PROCEDURE alarms.  Then again, it may be wise to hook to
crond in that case.
