[Evolution] Deleting email msgs

Hi, I hope that I am not repeating a post that has gone already but here
goes. I remember reading somewhere that a quick way of deleting msgs is
to press "d". For some reason this method does not work for me. Did I
read this wrong or is it not yet implemented. Also, is there a way to
select more than one msg at a time for deletion. For example, in
Outlook, you can control click things to move, delete etc. Is there
similar functionality in Evolution. Thanks in advance.
