Unfortunately, Michael committed the new filter code which is
format-incompatible with the old one. Sorry about that. :-(

I am not sure how hard it would be to implement a convertion script...

On the good side of things, the new filter dialog is a lot cooler than
the old one, and creating rules with it is much faster.
