Hi. Currently ibex only exists as part of Evolution. (It's in the
libibex subdirectory of the evolution module in GNOME CVS. See
http://developer.gnome.org/tools/cvs.html for details on how to get
that.)

However, the mention of it in Miguel's slashdot interview has
generated some interest in it, so something or other might be
happening with it. I'll let you know.

There's a TODO file in the ibex directory that mentions some specific
things that need to be done. The white paper at
http://www.helixcode.com/tech/ibex.php3 mentions some possibilities at
a higher level.
