Hello,
sorry for the accidental message.
The bug is about the Evolution preferences window. It is hard to use or
unusable on many screen sizes. It's too big and does not offer
alternatives in such situations.
I would like to know why this "dinossauric" bug [1], that also has some
popularity in Ubuntu [2], does not get fixed.
Is there something complicated about the issue? Apparently it seems like
a couple of hours (at most) work from someone familiar with Evolution
source code.
There are some sugested alternatives that seem even easier, like
enabling these big windows to have a scroll bar. Or the maximized window
being able to rearrange a few things.
