[Evolution-hackers] new-addressbook-window

Hi,

in /ui/evolution-mail.ui there is the line
      <toolitem action='new-addressbook-window'/>

This button is enabled only in express version. What exactly happens if
i click on this button? I can't find the code anywhere. I'm using
2.30.3-1ubuntu6 on Ubuntu maverick.
