[Evolution-hackers] Dropping support for CDE

Evolution is still carrying around support for application registration
on Sun's Common Desktop Environment (CDE).  If I understand correctly,
it's roughly similar to our current .desktop file scheme.

We're considering dropping CDE support for 2.28 since, according to [1],
it's been broken for several releases and apparently even Sun no longer
enables it in their Evolution package for Solaris.  So presumably no one
cares anymore.

I will proceed with this sometime next week unless I hear objections.
