Sounds good to me. Not all of these patches have been applied to the
2.22.x branch, though. If there are no objections, then I'll apply/back
port as many of the fixes as possible.

Would someone from the Evolution team then tag a 2.22.4?

There is an automated test for 548268 which should also cover the issue
mentioned by Chenthill. 499932 can be tested manually easily, but
there's no automated test. 546934 can only be tested with SyncEvolution
=> overall it would be better to have more automated tests :-/
