Hi friends,

It is with great pleasure I announce that Matthew Barnes joins Varadhan
as Mail maintainer. Matthew (mbarnes) is well known by every one who
stays on IRC, reads mailing lists and follows bugzilla statistics. He
has been doing a fantastic work with Evolution mailer and is
contributing lots of quality patches. 

His joining will help the team review more patches.
