 The first fails with missing 'LDAP_CONTROL_PAGEDRESULTS', the others
have no ntlm support. Somehow I am doing this wrong.

 PKG_CONFIG_PATH=$dest/lib/pkgconfig/  ./configure
--prefix=--with-openldap="$LDAP" --with-static-ldap

  Can anyone advise?
