There is something seriously fishy WRT status Junk and how moving mails
out of Junk to any other folder is handled.
* From a user POV moving a mail out of Junk likely means "this is not
Junk". So the mail should be unlearned, no?
* The behavior used to be different from what it is in 2.4. And it used
to be inconsistent in 2.2.

Any comments? Mailer hackers, harish, UI team?
