Dudes, any takers? Gregory really wants to solve printing issues and do
some work himself. See the original thread [1] on e-l.

We all know printing layouts in Evo need to be improved and nicened up.
Printed mails are ridiculously ugly and inflexible, and issues like this
come up quite often. We seriously have to do something about it.

Don't make the good guy who wants to do some work go away.
