Edit / Preferences / Mail Accounts / <account> Edit
  Receiving Email / ServerType: None

Edit / Preferences / Mail Accounts / <account> Enable


Yeah, a sending only account. Really. It's already available. Well, it
used to be. Obviously someone stepped ahead, and this is not possible in
CVS any more. It is possible using *any* other version.
