[Evolution-hackers] Language selection in composer bounty

Hello,

I would like to ask, if anyone is working on this bounty (gnome bug 
#127530).
Some people stated (more than half year ago) in the bug comments that 
they're going to try it so I ask this way to make sure it makes sense 
for me to work on it.
