please do *NOT* crosspost unless you really have a reason for doing it!
evolution-hackers mailing list is for discussion of code/hacking only, not
about usability or user problems.

your mail is about evolution not supporting inline pgp (and about outlook
express not supporting outline pgp).
this is a well-known issue and his been discussed *really* often (check the
archives if you are interested in the reasons, and the two links below).

feel free to add comments to the two bug reports dealing with this:

<http://bugzilla.ximian.com/show_bug.cgi?id=17541>.

additionally, you could also complain to the developers of outlook express
to support outline pgp.
