[Evolution-hackers] #127537: Weather calendar backend

I am going to try to write a patch for #127537, and I have a couple of
questions before I start writing it.

1. Would it be all right to add the weather forecast as a read-only
calendar, like the birthday calendar?

2. Does anyone know the legalities of using information from
www.worldweather.org?
