while I agree with the general idea of this, I'm not really liking the
API that much. What I'd *really* like to see is the ability to
instantiate a CamelFolder object without actually needing to "open" it.
This would solve both of these issues without the need to change the
APIs that much. Also, we probably want things to work like this in the
long run anyway...
well, at least *I* do :-)
