[Evolution-hackers] composer: individual component?

When hacking around today I noted that doing make && make install in
composer/ didn't change anything. I had to recompile mail/ and make
install that as well. In my opinion we should losen the mail component
and the composer part, maybe it is even possible to move the composer
into its own component or at least into a shared lib. I don't know the
reason why libcomposer is noinst.
