That's correct, encrypt/decrypt is not done yet. I plan to work on it
later.

Here is the patch:

    - it is not in CVS yet

    - it contains "inline signing/verification" and it worked for my
      test cases with the code from CVS on 2004-02-03 03:24

    - anyone is welcome to give it a try:)
