I guess, the code for deleting a folder is already there, but we might
have to add some code to delete the orphan mail-message window. The
solution would be identical, if we were trying to have the next folder
in the list get focus. Well, that makes me think, if the logic for
resetting the focus to the next one in the list is there, which might
not exactly be what this bug reports about.
