[Evolution-hackers] Team Meeting Minutes (Feb. 9rd)



1. JP
JP discussed work for 1.5.5.  We continue with the "top down" approach,
we need to fix blockers followed by major and normal.

JP discussed releasing EDS 1.0.0 to coincide with GNOME 2.6, this is
proposed on the schedule sent to evolution-hackers ximian com   This
means we are now in patch review for eds for the next couple of weeks.

JP discussed the regressed features work:

a. Support for this and prior and this and future recurrences in the
calendar
Rodrigo (this week)

b. Support meeting sending and receiving meetings in calendar backends
Rodrigo (this week)

c. Support for importing
JP (alive again for calendar, tasks and addressbook, Michael is doing
the mailer)

d. Support for DnD in the calendar and addressbook
Larry (by end of week)

e. Test suite for EDS calendar
Harish (initial version by end of week)

f. S/MIME?
Chris

g. Pilot syncing
JP (not started)

b. Online/Offline
Michael (should be working already at the shell level)

There is ones left to hand out:
a. Locking in the calendar backends

JP discussed 1.4.6, we did not release this week because translators
were not informed.  We will release this week.

Mark: Solaris testing

Tim: Another complete cycle of testing on a reference platform

Gerardo: Usual triaging, bugday

Jeff: 1.5.5 bug fixing (especially unread count)

Michael: offline/online in mailer, 1.5.5 bug fixing

Hans: 1.5.5 bug fixing

Rodrigo: 1.5.5 bug fixing

Chris: SMIME, 1.5.5 bug fixing

Radek: 1.5.5 bug fixing, look into junk filtering speed

JP: Release 1.5.4, 1.4.6, pilot syncing if time

Larry: DnD in addressbook/calendar

Siva: Group Wise addressbook prototyping

Harish: Group Wise bug fixing, EDS calendar test suite
