When you drag a message to a folder, should it be copy or move?  move by
default seems good to me, but currently it is copy.

When you drag a folder around currently it is move.  Should it be copy
if it is a different store?

What about vFolders, should copying from vfolders to other stores not be
allowed?

Is there a guide for this anywhere?
