[Evolution-hackers] Does anyone solve bug #127529 (bounty hunt - email templates)?

Hi:).
I would just like to ask, if someone works on fixing GNOME bug #127529.
It is a part of GNOME bounty hunt and I'd like start work on it. In the 
bugzilla one man (Dmitry Tselobanov) already wrote that he is working on 
it. But that message is dated November 2003 and there are not any other 
messages.
Could I start to work on this?
