I had to add markers to reflect thread levels - dunno how hard that is
to do with the current table widget. Probably not that hard.
Anyway, think this makes the list of subjects a lot more scannable - you
can tell at a glance which messages are about the same thing, e.g. when
the subject changes inside a thread. The user gets away with less
pattern matching.
