yes, but only if that body-matches (or pipe-to-program) filter gets run.
at which point you're asking for it anyway... these are also not used by
default :-)
And also ... apart from the fact body searches aren't used that much, even for filtering, it stops as soon as it has enough to make a match, so it might not necessarily download all parts. I think attachments are skipped anyway (its really a 'body text' match), but I think spam filters need the whole kit and kaboodle.
