In the GNOME_GtkHTML_Editor.server file it had:
<oaf_server iid="OAFIID:GNOME_GtkHTML_Editor_Factory:3.0" type="shlib"
location="/usr/local/software/gtkhtml/3.0.9//lib/gtkhtml/libgnome-gtk
html-editor-3.0.so">
I removed the "//" from between the 3.0.9 and lib and it seems to be
working now.
