Hi,

I have to say that I like these mockups a lot more than the current 
Evolution/Outlook look-and-feel. It looks very clean. But why not, as 
you are rewriting the ui anyway, make totally separate applications of 
each view like Apple does it with Mail and iCal. The different applications are still highly 
integrated, but are separated ui-wise.
It would also make it mentally easier for other developers to use evolution components for their own addressing stuff (GAIM, GnomeMeeting, ...), and make the whole easier to maintain as well.
