[evince] File Title

Hello,

Thanks for your work: Evince works like a charm on my Ubuntu 18.04 LTS

I'm using the full screen mode and i'd like to display the file title when hovering the title bar, as in the normal display mode.

However, a keyboard shortcut could a trick to swap between these modes in the waiting of a further release
