[evince] Windows binary link gone

Hi all,

I love Evince, I use it a lot in Ubuntu and also Windows.  Adobe DC reader is too big when one just wants to read and print documents, plus it always has security updates which is strange for a PDF reader.

I can't download the Windows version, the download link doesn't work:
