[evince] Feature missing: send as attach through email

I am sorry to disturb you but I was wondering why there is not a send as
attach to email

option in evince for PDF and others. At least it doesn't show up in the
version I'ḿ using.

As I thought that this is very useful for production environments and
probably simple to implement

I decided to contact you alerting to this somehow important missing
little feature.
