Hi, I am sorry but msys2 and cygwin do not support windows xp since one year ago... So, the only chance is to try an older version of msys if you are in windowsxp. It's unlikely that this installer will get ever support for windows xp.

This will not work on Windows XP SP3 (duh).

It will show an error dialog box with the message:
Unable to launch bash.exe
