[evince] Ink Annotations Update

Hi All,

I would like to announce a prototype implementation of ink annotations on Poppler + Evince.

I have not yet written a demo for it in Poppler (that should come shortly), but I have an interface for it in Evince. It supports two inks -- red pen and highlight.

Some of the code are written in bad style for ease of prototyping, although I'd argue that Poppler/Evince really need to be rewritten in C++ (specifically C++11), but I'll not elaborate.
