[evince] [gsoc] Adding support for new document formats

Hi.

My name is Andrey Kaminsky. I am a student of Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. I am trying to participate Google Summer of Code.

According to https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/Evince/SupportedDocumentFormats wiki page, support of some formats does not planned by Evince. In particular such format as .CHM (Microsoft Compiled HTML Help) not supported (and seems will not be). Formats like .FB2 (FictionBook) and .EPUB (Electronic Publication) was not discussed, but also not supported by now.

Are there any plans for adding support for new document formats (in particular during current Summer of Code)?
