[evince] Windows7 install (for all users?)

I just downloaded and installed the latest Evince on my Windows7
system, and I find that it can only be accessed from the one specific
user account from which it was installed.

Is there a way to install Evince on Windows in such a way that it will
be accessible to all users, system wide?


P.S.  I did peruse the FAQ, but saw nothing in there about this
issue/problem.
