[evince] Anti-aliasing/Hinting

Hi, is there a way of turning off anti-aliasing and hinting in Evince?
It's using poppler(cairo) here. I thought I'd ask here before asking
on the poppler mailing list, just in case there's a simple way to do
it in Evince without recompiling poppler.
