[evince] Collapse all indices?

Hi,

Is there any way to collpase all indices in the "Index" pane in evince?
Currently, open a pdf seems to expand all indices every time which makes
it somewhat frustrating to navigate. 

As an extension, are there options to control e.g. expand to first
level, second level, ..., all, for all indices resp. the selected index
only?

Or is there any other pdf viewer with these capabilities?
