[evince] Postscript 2 ?

Greetings,
I posted a short while back asking if there was any way to get evince to
output proper Postscript 2, which is all that my older HP printer understands.
But if there were any reponses, then I must have missed them.
So I'm still wondering... Is there any way to tickle evince into outputting
Postscript 2, rather than Postscript 3?
