I don't get icons in the file menu. I'm guessing it's my GTK3 theme
(expose3) but I've also read that there should be a pdf-icon.png in/usr/share/evince which there isn't.


Seems that mimetype icons are missing from:

/usr/share/evince/icons/hicolor/16x16/mimetypes among other places.
