I have finally put together the following web page some time ago, and
announced it to our translators.

The goal is to forward helpers to you, in order for the great PDF
software you're developing to have more translations, and thus possibly
a wider audience.
The information on this page comes from the discussion on the topic we
had previously.
Because a link to this page will be given in FSFE's April newsletter
(published on the 4th), it would be great if you would check that it is
correct, and provide me with possible modifications or enrichments.
