evince Some requested features for /Document Viewer...

Hi.

I'm currently using Document Viewer 2.30.3 and had a thought for something I'd love to have in the program...

1)  I really enjoy viewing pdfs in full-screen and would love if that could be done in dual-view mode as well!

2)  Maybe while in full screen mode, when you're scrolling (mouse-wheel or arrows) maybe there could be a scroll-bar that shows up on the right to show where in the document you're up to - then it could fade out after a second or two...

3)  Maybe there could be an option somewhere for the background colour for full-screen.  I found (and love) the inverted colours, but then in full screen mode I can's see the edge of the page - so if I could change it to a grey or another colour I could tell where the boarders are.

(I've just checked the roadmap of proposed features, but I can't really tell what's what - so I hope these aren't just things that have already been thought about...)
