the pdf for 'An Idea Whose Time Has Come: Adopt a Financial Transactions Tax' has an incorrect title. it reads 'Working towards a just peace in the Middle East' but it should be something like 'An Idea Whose Time Has Come' or perhaps 'Adopt a Financial Transactions Tax'.
