document fails to display

I'm using the evince that is in debian Sid here (2.24.2 using poppler 0.10.6 (cairo),
and would like to report the document at
http://www.thomsongrassvalley.com/docs/DataSheets/switchers/kayenne/SWT-3025D.pdf
as non displaying.
It works in adobe reader 9.1.0
